• Standing with Recovery: As a sponsor and mentor for individuals struggling with addiction, Brad works directly alongside neighbors fighting to rebuild their lives, offering steady guidance and accountability.

• Healthcare & Logistics Leadership: In his professional role managing volunteer services at Mercy Health combined with years of experience managing complex logistics-Brad knows how to coordinate large teams, stretch budgets, and deliver real results under pressure.

• Building Community Connection: As the founder of "The Tunnel," Brad creates grassroots initiatives across Springfield to bring residents together, foster open dialogue, and support local entrepreneurs.
